Xmas

Songtext zum Thema Weihnachten

von  Didi.Costaire

Sally left on December first
She said: I suppose you've heard about Xmas
Well I closed all the windows cause I saw just bronx
Listened Chris Norman with alicious songs
As her small limousine drove away and I had no chance

Oh I wondered why she left me and I began to fear
I missed my lovely Sally and I missed my German beer
Then for twenty-four days I was waiting whole time for Xmas
(X-Mas, what the X was Xmas)
Twenty-four days just waiting for my gift
I felt so very sad and asked how could my life uplift
Then I got to get used to not having ideas of X-Mas
(X-Mas, what the X was Xmas)

She came back on twentyfifth with smiling face
I shouted so happily after sad days before X-mas
Then she kissed on my mouth and she gave me a box
But inside were only grandpa’s socks
That was so very mean from her and I suffered from shocks

Oh I wondered how she hurt me and I began to fear
I missed my German Christmas and I missed my German beer
Cause for twenty-four days I was waiting in vain for Xmas
(X-Mas, what the X was Xmas)
Twenty-four days just waiting for my gift
I felt so very sad and asked how could my life uplift
Then I got to get used to not having much fun on Xmas
(X-Mas, what the X was Xmas)

Sally touched me and asked how I felt
And she said: I know how to help on you and Xmas
She told: My behaviour was bad but I'm your mouse
For us I've been buying a wonderful house
From that time I believe in Santa Claus

Oh I wondered how she loved me and I began to gear
I missed no German Christmas and I missed no German beer
After twenty-four days I was feeling so fine on Xmas
(X-Mas, what a luck was Xmas)
Twenty-four days but then I got my gift
I felt so very glad and knew now could my life uplift
Then I got to get used to not having no fear of X-Mas
(X-Mas, what a luck was Xmas)

Hello Jorge,
I hope Spanish socks are large enough for you. Or do they have a hole for the toes?
About €-mas you should write something. That's a good idea!
@ Peer: Don't eat too much and improve your English!
@ BirmchenIrmchen: Do you think I'm such a sly one?
Thanks for your funny comments and best wishes, Dirk

Dear magenta,
I think it's a good idea to put that stuff behind the binding, maybe in combination with something to smokie.
Thanks for your words and best wishes, Dirk
